Allen Vaughan

allen-vaughanIn 1984 Allen was Merrill Lynch’s Southeast Regional Operations Center in Atlanta, Georgia, as the Supervisor for Merrill Lynch’s Retirement Plan Services division—at the age of 24. He led the benefit plan design process by optimizing ERISA Compliance and Enforcement of all tax-Qualified and non-Qualified plans (DC, DB, FSA), as well as employee training, and the beginnings of the ongoing process of what is now called “relationship management” of current clients. Allen Vaughan is an Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant with the Society of Professional Asset Managers and Record Keepers (SPARK). He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst at the Center for Fiduciary Studies, at the Joseph M. Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Vaughan is also a Chartered Healthcare Consultant through The American College. Allen Vaughan is a member of the following organizations:
